About Andrew
Andrew has the rare, and perhaps unique, distinction of being a former Buddhist monk and a Wharton MBA. He has logged more than 10,000 hours in mindfulness training and trained for more than 25 years, (eight years full-time) in monasteries and retreat centers around the world. Beyond that, he spent fifteen years working in private banking and wealth management at firms like Morgan Stanley, UBS, ANZ and Bank of Singapore. With this background, he is able to empower clients and colleagues with an approach to mindfulness that is deeply grounded in the reality of the business world. Andrew continues to develop his own mindfulness practice through periods of intensive silent retreat and through teaching at some of the world’s most innovative organizations.

It has been studied, that 10,000 hours dedicated to any endeavor will have transformational impact on brain structure.
In meditation, it is not sufficient to practice alone, because misguided practice will not produce the desired results. Mindfulness
Mindfulness is for individuals interested in the adventure and challenges of self-exploration and transformation, those who wish to taste and explore new ways of knowing and new ways of being, which can be developed by listening more carefully to one's own moment-to-moment experience.

This introduction to Mindfulness is an invitation to venture on this journey in the company of a people who having been living this life for years.
The program will be based upon teachings similar to those given at the University of Massachusetts Stress Reduction Clinic, the Wharton Business School Leadership Venture in Self-Awareness, and numerous meditation clinics and schools being taught throughout the world.
The method presented has been scientifically validated as reducing negativity and generating emotional well-being, which in turn has been scientifically proven to have numerous beneficial physical and emotional effects.*
